Kali Fundamentals

In this exclusive one-day event, I’ll be teaching the fundamentals of Kali and how to apply these skills in the real world. You will learn how to properly strike and combine your strikes with footwork. Simultaneously, you’ll learn how to effectively attack (bridge) and counter real attacks!

This event is suited for beginners

Gear Needed:

• Pair of Rattan Kali sticks

• Eye protection

• Hockey Gloves

Optional Gear:

• Training Bolo

Training will be outdoors. Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather and bring plenty of hydration.
